Collection consists primarily of photographs, ca.1875-1962, of soldiers, equipment, and armories in New York City including those on 107th, 23rd, 36th and Grand Streets, as well as the Kingsbridge Armory (both under construction and completed in 1913), and fighting and camp scenes. Miscellaneous views include New York City street scenes, primarily Manhattan and the Bronx, baseball players, wrestlers and other sports figures, Fiorello La Guardia, and Theodore Roosevelt.
